I spent 6 years in technical roles at an AI startup before transitioning into organizational consulting and innovation management. Over the next 30 years, I focused on enhancing the vitality of organizations, teams, products and services—as an organizational consultant, innovation manager, team coach, and change manager.
I have now chosen a new focus: increasing the vitality of corporate teams and individuals by guiding them as occupational psychologist & corporate naturopath (see this website rolespirit.com) and personal naturopath (see my website in Dutch: somapsyvital.nl).
I was trained as a psychologist at Utrecht University. In September 2024, I obtained my diploma as a Life Science Therapist, which is a naturopathic training.
